Meet Sharon
Personalized Passion
Sharon has lived in all areas of San Diego County over the past 24 years. She has extensive knowledge of each neighborhood and the lifestyle each of these areas offer. She excels at negotiating, using techniques developed during her 13+ years of biotech sales experience. Her exceptional organizational skills, efficiency, and enthusiasm, combined with her unsurpassed professionalism and focus, have led to long-standing client relationships. In order to offer her clients the best possible experience when buying or selling a home, she joined Compass.
Sharon has a passion for listening to clients' needs to help them achieve their goals. She is always one step ahead, anticipating what needs to be done in order to navigate the market and to help her clients have successful stress-free transactions. Sharon started her real estate business 10 years ago from the ground up. She has an intimate knowledge of the San Diego County area and is keenly focused on market activity and real estate trends. Routinely going above and beyond customer expectations, Sharon is tirelessly dedicated to finding your ideal home. A Penn State University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, her background also includes biotechnology sales, where she was a regional and national top performer, selling biology products and instrumentation for over 10 years, specializing in high-level negotiations and contracts.
Sharon enjoys traveling with her husband, taking her rescue pups Socks and Briggs on walks to the beach, outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family, and volunteering at Helen Woodward Animal Center where she raised more than $10,000 for animals in need each year. She also donates $400 for every transaction and has donated more than $80,000 since 2016 when she started her donation program, "Heart for a Home". She also completed a bucket list item to go to Africa in November 2022. She traveled to Tanzania to support the protection of all animals from poachers in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park.
